Luftansa flight 414 MUC to IAD , on Jul 19 2023.Immediately after eating the sandwich they serve ~2 hours before landing, I started having cramps and had to go to the restroom. Next day, Thu, started to have chills, nausea, headache, body aches. Thought I got flu or covid, but most symptoms went away. Woke up Friday at 3 am with a terrible headache. My belly is still achy and if I eat anything else but toast and feta cheese, I get cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Stomach Pain
