I went to McDonalds at 6 o'clock in the morning and at first I ordered s sausage muffin and they gave me the sausage and a muffin. So I asked for the sausage muffin that was $0.99. So I got that and I got a coffee with cream and the cream was from the machine. Then somebody in the McDonald's bunch of senior citizens were sharing Chocolate Truffles and I had one of those. And that's it and now I've had diarrhea all day I have no fever butt it's uncontrollable diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
