My husband ordered the 7-pork rib dinner which included garlic and beans. He also ordered a small Main Street salad, cole slaw, and onion rings. I ate the ribs, beans and salad. My husband did not eat ribs or beans. We ate at 7:30pm. At 11:45, I woke up vomiting followed by diarrhea at 4am. We've eaten here as visitors to Cambria for years and have never had a problem. I would rate the Grill as a 5-star location...up until last night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
