I ate Picana at the restaurant near the beach which is a steak and seafood and a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4 hours later I woke up with severe chills and shakiness, with the worst stomach cramps and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Shaking
