11/22/23 Not sure. Became sick that night. Wife became sick 11/25 when we returned home. Urgent Care confirmed we both had food poisoning on 11/26. The resort had back to back cases that same day

Was only there 3 days upon returning back to the US started feeling sick chills fever cold sweats and yea explosive diarrhea, great time but I will NOT be returning to this resort again food was okay but nothing worth getting sick over .Wouldn’t recommend

I ate Picana at the restaurant near the beach which is a steak and seafood and a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4 hours later I woke up with severe chills and shakiness, with the worst stomach cramps and vomiting.
