Suspected Sushi Sickness - Majestic Mirage punta cana, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Got sick on the last day (day 6). Not sure where it came from, suspect sushi from Japanese restaurant or spoiled fruit. Fever of 104, aching joints, nausea, extremely fatigued, diarrhea, headache, chills, nonstop abdominal cramps. Could not eat for three days. It was an effort just to get a saltine cracker down. Drank water and pedialyte and was on the couch for three days. Took antibiotic. Mostly recovered after 5 days, stool not yet solid and abdomen still cramps a little. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Fatigue
