Airport Lounge Food Illness - Málaga Airport (AGP), Andalucía

Yesterday lunchtime I was returning to UK from Malaga and had access to the lounge. I consumed a slice of potato omelette and goats cheese sandwich. About approx 10 hours later I started to feel nauseous and through the whole night and morning of the next day I experienced vomiting and severe diarrhoea until my stomach was fully vacated.
