Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, FeverSuspected source: ate buffet (chicken meat,beef and pork , and ice cream)
Onset: 4 to 12 hours Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 3 people
Additional information: Suspect is ice cream problem , cuz 4 people eat the same thing ,only 3 people ate ice cream. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
