Additional information: We bought 4 Large pizzas for a work party at the Westlake Cleveland Clinci; we got one Mushroom, one Pepperoni, one Sausage and one Cheese and so far almost everyone who ate the Mushroom and Pepperoni pizzas have gotten food poisoning consisting of vomiting and stomach cramps. The first person got symptoms 4 hours after eating, another started vomiting after 8 hours and the 3rd after 12 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
