On 06/ 08/ 2025 Time 7:00pm My Wife and I went to the Market Broiler. Sat in the bar area . We usually go when happy Hour is available Monday - Friday 3pm To 6pm Saturday- Sunday 1pm To 5pm. We missed Happy Hour That Day. I really wanted the Clam Pot which was only offered and available during Happy Hour Dates and times. My wife and I heard a customer sitting close to us ask for a meal that was offered only on Happy Hour. The bartender said let me ask if its possible. After hearing there conversation my wife, the bartender if it were also possible to order the clam pot. Brian said he would ask. I was very grateful and ordered the clam pot. We both ate different plates and left. I felt fine and when home. Going to bed approximately around 11:00 pm My stomach started feeling upset, Through the night i was up with Severe Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, and Intense Diarrhea with Lethargy, This went on for days approximately a week or more. The pain was still Intense in my Back, Side and Abdomen. Then I passed a stone. I was getting concerned that it was taking to long to subside. I made an appointment @ Newport Family Medicine and saw Dr J. Liao 06 /27/ 2025 @ 1:30pm I gave him 1 stone that I have passed before seeing him. It was sent to the lab for analysis. Diagnosis is attached. Appears to be a Kidney/ Bladder Stone. I also did a urine sample. There was noticeable blood in the urine. On 06/13/2025 @ 9:02pm my wife Rhonda called the Market Broiler and spoke to a manager General Manager Brian Daniels, Rhonda explained the situation of me having food poisoning from the clam pot i was served. He said it they have a good record of our claims being fresh. Brian took our information and said he would call us back after talking to corporate about our situation. To this day we never heard from GM Brian the Market Broiler or Corporate. I have kept the togo box with the clam pot meal in my freezer. It can be used for analysis. I'm not sure if it was the Clams or the sausage in the clam pot. I had a severe case of food poisoning lasting approximately over 3 weeks. Stomach cramps were excruciating the diarrhea and vomiting was non stop I was lethargic dizzy and my head was pounding.I sweat off around 15lbs. I passed a few kidney/ bladder stones and acquired a lump in my throat. It was about 3 weeks and had no choice but to visit my doctors. I passed Kidney/ Bladder Stones about a week or so after the start of the food poisoning the test Results showed Uric Acid Calcium Oxalate caused by Extreme dehydration vomiting and diarrhea increase the levels of these substances which can lead to kidney stones. Certain foodborne bacteria are the primary mechanisms for the effect. My neck right side has an inflamed lymph node resulting from bacteria from the foodborne illness. It is still infected to this day. Food poisoning is a type of infection and some severe or systemic forms can lead to swollen lymph nodes. Vomiting can also lead to swollen lymph nodes Download all attachments as a zip file To this day I am experiencing burning when urinating with stomach pains, waiting for Dr Liao's Lab to confirm Clinical Diagnosis of my liver, kidneys and bladder. I have the Clam Pot in its original Market Broiler container. I am awaiting for your response to have my Dr Send an email / letter to have Orange County Environmental Health Dept to analyze the clam pot.. Restaurant | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness, Swelling
