I had lentil stew and cooked cauliflower, quinoa salad with arugula, steamed broccoli and carrots, and a bowl of cheerios with skim milk, as well as vegetable salad including tomatoes, onions, and cucumber. Not sure which part gave me the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
