We had reservations 5pm ordered food I had the only different plate of cheese enchiladas rice and beans, I couldn’t finish my meal so I drank beer to ease my funny feeling inside and 3 hours later I’m home getting ready for work when I feel the nauseated feeling to vomit si I run to restroom and was there back and force throughout the night went to work but couldn’t stay felt so cold with chills and went home to continue vomiting and now diarrhea plus temperature of 100.8 that was Sunday now it’s Wednesday and still a little diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
