Early afternoon lunch of THE SKINNYFour egg whites scrambled with gruyere cheese, local organic baby spinach and Chicken Apple Sausage cooked in olive oil and served with our Simple Little Salad.
In this meal nothing stood out except perhaps the sausage was uncooked.
Late afternoon mild stomach ramps, perhaps a touch nausea.
8PM to midnight vomiting
9PM to 2AM diarrhea
Much better in the morning.
