Symptoms Started late Monday night, 2 hours after eating a Philly cheese steak sandwich from here. Extreme cramps, uncontrollable diarrhea.. so much it made my rectum bleed and I had to go to the ER two days later. Tests from ER revealed I had salmonella poisoning. It's now Friday and I'm still very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
