Turkey Sandwich Illness Suspected - McAlister's Deli, Norman Oklahoma

I assume it was from here but I am not certain. I ate the garden fresh turkey sandwich with pickle and salt and vinegar chips. I was the only one in the group that experiences illness. We ate around 6:30 PM on 08/24/18 and I started feeling nauseous around 10pm and then woke up to vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
