On Tuesday 27/09/2022 in the evening (around 9 pm), I order a normal double Filet O'Fish menu with potatoes and coca cola. To that I added a little goat wrap. The order took place at Mc Donald 11 Av. by President Salvador Allende, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine.

Between 5 in the morning and until 10 am now, all I do is vomit with severe stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
