I got a steak and egg, cheese sandwhich and sausage egg mcmuffin sandwhich on the morning of the 16th. Started feeling sick around 4pm, started feeling nauseous around 430 5 pm. Tried to sleep at 9pm, could not gf told me to throw up I could not. Tried to sleep again, I tossed and turned wet to bathroom again. Tried to go #2 didn't happen then the vomiting started happening. Layer down shivering and sweating. Got up at 11am started going #2 and have been all day. Stomach still hurts and I haven't gone to the doctor yet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
