- comments: observed hot running water at both women and men washroom handwashing sink temperature 122. 2f-125. 3f at the time of inspection. Instructed to have hot and cold running water at a minimum temperature of 100f-120f at all hand wash sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 c citation issued

- comments: observed no paper towels at exposed hand washing sink in rear handwashing area. Instructed to maintain paper towels at all exposed hand washing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation combined with above violation.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage area not maintained. Observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash and above rim and trash bags on top of can. Also observed trash bags with trash on the floor. Must remove trash and bags, grease from container and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(citation issued)
