Picked up a ham and egg McMuffin with no cheese, fries, and a med sprite about noon on 20-Dec-2017. Hit me at work around 3 feeling sick. When I got home at 5 I sat in the recliner hurting. About 8 I was throwing up, diarrhea, chills, and fever the rest of the night. Couldn't go to work the next day.
