I ordered an crispy ranch chicken snack wrap. And I immediately thought something was wrong with it by the way it was given to me. It was sloppily wrapped, I bit into it and automatically felt sick. The lettuce smelt like it was in the fridge for two long, it was white colored and tasted awful like raw cabbage. I unwrapped it to look inside and the lettuce looked aged and there was a grilled onion located inside. I asked the employee can I exchange for cheeseburgers, she took the snack wraps back, but never exchanged my food. 15 minutes passed and still no food from her, so i requested a refund. Three hours later, I'm very nauseated. I'm throwing up the McDonald's I had earlier. It is now 10:00pm and I still feel nauseated and gassy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
