Sausage Bagel Stomach Woes - McDonald's, Hatfield England

My friends and girlfriend decided to go to drive-thru for a Maccies breakfast while I stayed at home. She got me a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. After about an hour and a half I started getting severe stomach pains, couldn't fall asleep, took stomach relief pills, nothing helped.
