At approximately 2:30pm I ate a meal I ordered as take away from McDonald’s at 934 York Road in Towson at 2:16pm via drive thru. It was a Fish Filet Meal which was the sandwich, med fries and medium Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake At approximately 7:45pm that same evening, I began vomitting, and in a consistent cycle after several minutes rest, I kept throwing up until my stomach was empty.I am entirely certain it was food poisoning and that it was from this meal, as I ate nothing else before or after this meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
