Two meals were purchased at approximately 5:00pm - a vegetarian chicken burger with chips and drink, and a vegetarian chicken wrap with salad and drink. Both drinks were the Lipton Ice Tea soda. No meal had been consumed for 8 hours prior and food poisoning symptoms were felt within 1.5 hours of consumption and worsening in the period from 4 hours to 12 hours from consumption. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
