I had a Signature (Sicknature) collection BBQ burger, fries and diet coke, with the new mozarella sticks and sweet chilli dip, followed by a Twix McFlurry - an average McDonalds meal one would argue. Threw up six times with chunks of burger, fries and a big bit of indigested bacon. It was the most horrendous feeling and I am totally put off by McDonalds now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
