Possibly a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and chocolate milkshake. Bought the food at midday. Began to feel unwell around 5pm. My son had same symptoms and the same meal. Suffered stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhoea for the next three days. It happened on Monday 15th February 2021, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
