I purchashed a 2 for $5 Big Mac deal, a small fry and a sausage burrito. Well on the way home, I consumed my fries. Once I arrived at Home, I ate one of the Big Macs. When I was done and existed my vehicle; a fainting spell came over me, and I began to sweat. I stopped walking towards my house, because it seem like I was about to pass out. So I kneeled down on the ground to prevent falling into the rocks and getting hurt. My stomach began to hurt really bad. The symptoms lasted over 30 minutes while kneeling on the ground. I tried to stand afterwards but could not balance myself. My stomach pains increased and the need to vomit became intense. Once I got the food back out of my system; I continued to sweat for another 30 minutes. After the sweating spell went away, I was able to make it into the house. I went to the Mcdonalds on Dave Lyle blvd around 11:15 pm 9/20/2018. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
