My boyfriend and I ate breakfast he got pancakes and the other items came with it to make a sausage egg biscuit. I got 2 sausage egg McMuffins. That day he started to get chills a fever was throwing up egg/sulfur burps and diarrhea. The next day I got the same exact symptoms and I’ve never had my throw up smell like that as soon as I smelt it I knew it was sulfur. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Burping
