I went to this Mcdonald's at this location as I had in the past. And ordered a strawberry milk shake with whip cream. I also ordered the same milk shake at other Mcdonald's locations. In the past and never had a problem. When I got home I became severely ill. Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Head Ache. Chills. My milk shake was tampered with. And it was watery and when the cup was empty it smells like a air freshner. In the 1990's this Mcdonald's was clean and ran in a military like fashion. The employees cared and took pride in their job. I contact Mcdonald's corporate and my attorney. Regarding this matter as this was malicious intent. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
