Chili Chicken Wrap Illness - McDonald's, Leicester England

I had a meal at McDonalds on Monday. Chips, sweet chilli Chicken crispy wrap, and a double cheeseburger. About an hour late I started getting really cold and shivering and a headache came over me. I’ve been experiencing increasing issues which indicates salmonella as stated above in the symptoms list. I just want to know what I can do about it. This is unacceptable either the chicken was undercooked or I saw online that the burgers have some issues with e coli in America in the onions they use. I don’t wanna take this lying down so I’m gonna seek legal action | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
