Severe Illness After Meal - McDonald's, Germantown Maryland

Ate a 2 cheeseburger meal (no toppings) with fries and coke around 8 pm. Woke up at 5 feeling sick and then had non-stop vomiting & diarrhea for about 5 hours until the immediate care doctor gave me a shot to stop the vomiting. Next day diarrhea still has not stopped even though only intake is liquid. I have never been this sick in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
