My 7 year old woke up this morning projectile vomiting and having diarrhea after eating at this place happy meal last night. It was a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with French fries and a sweet tea to drink. He has vomiting and diarrhea this morning. Very violent throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Sweating
