Severe Symptoms Post-McGriddle - McDonald's, Lawrence Kansas

I ate a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle from McDonalds on Tuesday the 21st.
An hour after eating the sandwich I wasn't feeling very well I was feeling nauseous. By 10pm that night I had a fever of 99.9f I fell asleep I woke up a little after 2am and my head was throbbing really bad so I took my temperature it was 102.9f. The fever was off and on for the next 3 days. By day 2 i was getting stomach pain and diarrhea. Now every time I eat something my stomach starts hurting really bad and I have to go to the restroom I can't even drink water without getting diarrhea. And it's not like normal diarrhea its basicly colored water and every time I use the restroom I feel like I'm getting stabbed or my insides are getting ripped out. I just don't want to eat or drink anything because I know I'm gonna be in pain shortly after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
