Fish Combo Illness Persists - McDonald's, Markham Ontario

6 years ago reported by user-rzvh5271 business

McDonald's, Kennedy Road, Markham, ON, Canada

7600 Kennedy Road, Markham, L3R 9S5 Ontario, Canada

I had a filet I fish combo, after a month of not eating from McDonald’s. I usually ask for the fish to be made fresh/ well done, this time I was in a hurry so I didn’t bother asking. First sip of my coke reveled a very strong taste of coca-cola. My suspicion was that the syrup and soda mix wasn’t balanced, too much syrup... it hurt going down, but when mixed with the fried and sandwich, it was more tolerable. It’s been two weeks and I’m still throwing up and in gastrointestinal pain since that meal. Doctor doing testing but I’m still fearful of something seriously wrong inside me. End of fast food, soft drinks and bbq sauce | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
