We stopped at McDonald at around 1:30pm drive through. We ordered a happy meal with 6 piece nuggets, small fries and a small chocolate shake also a small caramel frappe for mom. My 3 year old drank his whole milkshake as he always drinks his Chik fil A no problems. He took an unusual nap at around 4:30pm and at 4:30am he woke up crying and threw up his entire milkshake! | Symptoms: Vomiting
