In less than 2 hours after eating the Sausage Egg McMuffin this morning I was nauseated and had diarrhea, fever and vomiting. I was sick for over 8 hours and have not been able to eat anything but crackers and soup. Not a good? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
