I purchased the great value Italian meatballs and the same day within a few hours I was throwing up. My boyfriend experienced the same thing as well. We only ate the meatballs on their own. There was no sauce or anything along with it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
