Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I wanted a breakfast sandwich but got there too late so I ordered a fish fillet meal instead. There was no one at the window to pay had to pay at the second window. Guy, I heard him yell out another fish sandwich. Got to the window he gave me my soda and walked away came back looked at me. I said where’s my sandwich and oh yeah so went back to another area and then come back with my sandwich, not very friendly. 12 hours later not feeling very good, feeling nauseous, went to bed. Thought I might throw up barely made it to the bathroom. I projectile vomited on the rug and into the sink about 10 times, it just kept coming. And then the diarrhea, black watery diarrhea I’m up to about 15 bouts of that now, this is the next day. Still going on. stomach hurting. I don’t think I slept at all last night. Rectum hurts. I don’t believe I’ll ever eat another sandwich at McDonald’s again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
