Late-Night McDonald's Illness - McDonald's, Fayetteville North Carolina

9 years ago reported by user-qjgy1222

McDonald's, Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, United States

6415 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, 28311 North Carolina, United States

boyfriend and i went out for some late night mcdonald's (about 2:00 am) on 12-20-16. i had a mcchicken and mcdouble (i noticed my mcdouble was pretty dry and unsatisfying, but after driving for and hour and not finding an open taco bell, i wasnt going to complain.) he had 2 mcdoubles and we split some fries. we woke around 9 am. he had cramping and diarrhea immediately. i felt okay and went on to my morning workout. after 10 minutes of exercise, something didn't feel right so i went to get some water and out of nowhere began puking out my entire life and soul. the only thing i could taste was the cheeseburger from 7 before. i was lucky compared to my boyfriend. he continued to have diarrhea and developed a fever as well as began throwing up. have a doctors appointment in the morning and will be calling the manager after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
