I had a McDonald's cheese burger before I went to work. About 3 hours into my shift I had horrible stomach pains and I actually ended up p**ping my pants at work. This was the only thing I ate today and a coke from them as well. It's been hours of this now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
