I got breakfast from, IA on the 6th, just yesterday. in front of Walmart. It was a sausage egge and cheese Mcgriddle, and 2 sausage burritos. I woke up later in the afternoon with an upset stomach that had me on and off the toilet all day. Along with being really hungry but eating only made me feel sick and gag a little. Vomiting hasn't happened but it has been close. Hot flashes and low energy. Feeling slightly better but not 100 percent yet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
