Burnt bun and raw hamburger. Got this from McDonald's on Deleware in Ankeny last night through the drive thru. I was sick all morning. I feel much better than I did this morning but I had to leave work is got so bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
