Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain, 2 chicken sandwichs, No lettuce, 2 holiday pies, a pumpkin spice latte and a cheese danish. The cheeseburger (ate 1) tasted fine, the chicken tasted weird, so didn’t eat the 2nd one, the latte tasted like it didn’t have sugar so added a little sugar, but still tasted kind of chemical. Ate the danish and it tasted good. Layed down and two hours later awoke with extreme pain in stomach and chest. Proceeded to violently vomit the entire contents of my stomach, with such force that blood vessels broke around my eyes and upper cheeks. The contents were completely liquified with a solvent/chemical smell. I would like to mention that was the only meal/food eaten that day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain
