Friday 31st May 2023. 8:35am. Had a sausage and egg Mc Muffin. 1 hour later I had diarrhea. Been vomiting and diarrhea with stomach cramps unlike anything I’ve had before, til today Monday 3rd April. That’s 72-96 hours. Would not wish this on anyone. Don’t exactly know what could have caused it. Either undercooked meat or egg. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
