Food Safety Report - McDonald's, Clemson South Carolina

2 years ago reported by user-khkv5643 business

McDonald's, Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC, USA

1065 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, 29631 South Carolina, United States

I had 2 sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles for breakfast around 9:00 am on Thursday morning before my classes started for the day. Later that evening around 5:30 or 6:00 pm I had a feeling of nausea come over me, and I went to the bathroom only to then begin throwing up multiple times. I know it was from the food I had that morning as that was the only food I had that day due to my busy Thursday schedule. I then went on to have fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abominable cramps, and other abdominal issues that made my next 3 to 4 days miserable. I went to the doctor to get prescriptions for what was believed to be salmonella. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
