I had a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, have had diarreha and vomiting for last 24 hours. Diarrhea started 2 hours after eating and vomiting about 4 hours later. I feel awful...never again, was the ONLY thing I ate yesterday and havent been able to eat since | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
