On November 16, 2017 @ 2:41pm, Stop by Mcdonalds on West Cumberland st. In Dunn NC, after I had just got off work, wasn't plan on stopping but I hadn't ate. Went through drive thru and ordered a Butter milk Crispy Chicken large meal. My friend was cold so they gave my sandwich and said pull up. Well I was so hungry I decided to eat my sandwich until the fries came.i took 3 bites and swallowed.It tasted funny but I thought it was the bun but I got sick instantly by the spoil taste in my mouth. Vomited in the driveway thru, so then I jumped out and went in. I told the manager, she smelled the chicken and said omg i smell it. Run to the back and tells the cook, and then pulls a whole tray of chicken out.All was spoiled. I then became I'll while standing at the counter.When I came out, the manager bring me a quarter double pounder n I said omg I can't eat that. So I left N went home, about 2-3 hours later, my body started feeling like it was shutting down, I began to have pain in my abdomen. Chills, Sweating, so I layed down. And woke up vomiting non stop. rushed to hospital, diagnosed. With food poisoned and gastronatris. Sooo...im so terrified to even look at chick. I been having that spoil taste n sick for 4 days now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
