McDonald's Meal Sickness Strikes - McDonald's, Fort Wayne Indiana

7 years ago reported by user-mkpdy658 business

McDonald's, West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN, USA

515 West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, 46802 Indiana, United States

Cereal around 8am, then a double quarter pounder and fry at 7pm. By 8pm my stomach felt like I ate a bag of sharp bricks. By 12am it still felt like i was stuffed full of bricks, but managed to sleep until 3am. Felt horrible until about 9am when the ungodly started happening. I tried not to vomit, but gave in around 11am and it was rough. 100.2 fever (stayed around 100 for 18 hours). Did this a couple more times, slept, ate some noodle soup around 10pm, and been recovering now 48 hours and still have leg pain and headache, but been eating fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
