Additional information: I ordered a big mac meal on 7/13. I ate nothing else that day. 4 hours after eating i was very nauseous and feeling weird. I then projectile vomited and continued to feel nauseous all night. During the night i had bloody diarrhea and was projectile coming at the same time. This continued the next day with severe stomach cramps, black tarry diarrhea and very lightheadedness and fainting. I am still sick today and might have to go to the hospital if I don’t feel better and then get all sweaty and my hearing starts to go and I almost faint. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Sweating, Lightheaded
