I had a double cheeseburger last night. I noticed a distinctive after taste (which I kept telling my husband) kinda like aged beef that has a funky flavor. My husband didn't eat his as it still sits in the fridge because he ate earlier. I will tell him not to eat it just in case. The burger was definitely not what any burger tasted like that I've eaten since a child. The after taste lasted quite some time. I went to bed and woke about 2.5 hrs out of a sound sleep to vomit almost not making it to the bathroom followed by severe stomach cramps.
