Yesterday (30/01/2024) at noon I went to get something to eat at McDonalds, I had a small wrap, fries and a hamburger. In the afternoon, cold sweat, urge to vomit, diarrhea. Horrible night stomach pain and the urge to vomit. At 8 am this morning I was vomiting up everything I had eaten the day before at noon. And hellish diarrhea that lasts.
